FOR HOMEOWNERS & PROPERTY OWNERS

It’s Likely Not Your System That Failed. It’s Your Soil.

Learn why 80% of septic "failures" are actually reversible—and how you can restore your system without digging up your yard.

THE PROBLEM

Why Good Systems Go Bad: The "Biomat" Problem

Most homeowners are told they need a full system replacement when they see standing water or experience backups. But often, the system is structurally sound. The real problem is "Biomat"—a slimy, waterproof layer of anaerobic bacteria that forms in your drainfield soil over years of use.

Think of it like a clogged filter. The water can’t pass through the soil anymore, so it surfaces in your yard.

The Old Solution

Dig up the "clogged filter" (your entire yard) and replace it for $15,000–$30,000.

The Science-Backed Solution

Clean the filter exactly where it sits.

THE SOLUTION

How Aerobic Restoration Reverses the Damage

The RioVation® BioMaze® system converts your existing septic tank into an advanced wastewater treatment plant. By introducing high levels of oxygen and using a proprietary fixed-film media, we change the biology of your tank.

How The Process Works

01

Treatment

The system treats wastewater inside the tank, breaking down solids up to 90% more effectively than a standard system.

02

Restoration

It sends oxygen-rich, clean water out to your failed drainfield.

03

Rejuvenation

This oxygenated water naturally consumes the "Biomat" clogging your soil, restoring your drainfield's ability to absorb water.

04

The Result

A restored system, with no heavy equipment and minimal yard disturbance.

How to Get a BioMaze® System?

Clear Septix is building a network of Certified Installers across Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana. Your path to restoration depends on coverage in your zip code.

THE BENEFITS

Why Homeowners Choose Restoration

Protect Your Landscape

Installation typically requires only a small excavation at the tank lid. No bulldozers destroying your lawn.

Speed

A typical installation takes just 2–4 hours, not 3–4 days of construction.

Cost Efficiency

Restoration is often half the cost of a full "dig-and-replace" project.

Sustainability

Fix the root cause rather than filling a landfill with old plastic and concrete.

For homeowners outside our partner network, maintenance is managed through the Clear Septix Remote Support Subscription.
